Yet another law enforcment organization has filed an amicus on an Illinois assault weapon ban case, this time in the matter of Harrel v. Raoul. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, goes through the memorandum in support of the Petition for Certiorari by the United State Supreme Court. This now marks the second time in as many days that we find a major law enforcment organization advocating not only for the Supreme Court to accept review of these challenges, but to rule in favor of the challenger and strike down these unconstitutional laws once and for all.
