What Does the Law Say About the ICE Shooting in Minnesota?

Everyone has an opinion about the terrible incident that took place a couple of days ago in Minnesota involving an ICE agent and a civilian who was attempting to obstruct ICE operations. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, actually takes a look at applicable Minnesota law so that all of the armchair self-defense experts that have come out of the woodwork can easily do their homework, and then wait for all of the evididence to come out before passing final judgment.
