The Two Constitutional Amendments the 9th Circuit Just Disregarded

Heading back down to California and the challenges to laws which now essentially prohibit gun shows on public land. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the case of B&L Productions v. Newsom, a now unsucessful challenge to these laws which infringe on both First and Second Amendment Rights. However, a three judge panel of the 9th Circuit has found that neither the First or Second Amendment are even implicated by this law.
