The Nevada Supreme Court Sticks It to Polymer80
Unfinished frames and receivers, or what is sometimes referred to as Ghost Guns, is the subject of this Nevada law, which was originally struck down. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of Sisolak v. Polymer80, where the Nevada Supreme Court, in a unanimous decision, has struck down a lower court’s ruling that found this law unconstitutionally vague.
