Yet another disturbing story in a long line of distrubing stories from the ATF. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the plight of Bryan Montiea Wilson, a 33 year old South Carolina man, with no criminal history, who was arrested at this place of employment by ATF agents on an 8 count indictment alleging that he was a drug dealer who was routinely armed while conducting transactions. ATF even said that they themselves had purchased the drugs from Mr. Wilson. They even filed tow affidavits from agents claming they saw Mr. Wilson do this. There’s just one problem, they had the the wrong guy. So learn more today and arm yourself with education.
