The Supreme Court has a huge decision ot make this week: Do they accept review in the matter of Garland v. VanDerStock. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses FPC’s memorandum in support of both acceptance of the petition and to uphold the 5th Circuit’s ruling which found this rule was well outside ATF’s statutory authority. This case, much like the bump stock case of Garland, is about a lot than just unfinished frames and receivers and provides the Supreme Court with yet another chance to strip the ATF of a huge part of its playbook.
