The Huge Battle About to be Waged in Washington State

Washington, the final battle in the Magazine Ban is going to happen right after the first of the year. Today, Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, takes a look at one portion of the NRA’s amicus brief in the matter of State of Washington v. Gators Guns. This case, which orginates from Cowlitz County, has been stayed since a judge granted an injunction on that matter earlier this year. Now the case heads to the State Supreme Court so we start looking at some of the arguments so that you can arm yourself with education.
