This action, which was originally commended by the Attorney General, is now filed in Cowlitz County and the Court there seems to be very interested in determining the constitutionality of this statutory scheme before we even get to the merits of the argument. It now appears, as we first expected, that the AG might be in a little over his head on this one such that he might be intentionally delaying the outcome of this matter.
