The Bill That Could Actually Save the FFL Industry

Is this the last chance to save large portions of the FFL industry? If the current administration had it their way, they would shut down every gun store in America. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, S 3812, a Bill sponsored by Iowa Senator Joni Ernst. The Fighting Irrational Regulatory Enforcement to Avert Retailers’ Misfortune (FIREARM) Act would start limiting the runaway agency that is the ATF, in particular their new zero tolerance policy which last year alone revoked over 230 licenses nationwide.
