The Big Lawsuit That Just Hit the ATF

You may recall the story of Bryan Malinowski, the Arkansas airport executive that was gunned down by ATF agents in March of 2024. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the newly filed lawsuit by the surviving members of the family which alleges that the ATF far exceeded necessary force, failed to comply with their own regulations, and are responsible for the wrongful death of Mr. Malinowski.
