The 9th Circuit Strikes Again. Screwing California One More Time

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the 9th Circuit swooping in to stay the injunction ordered in the matter of Rhode v. Bonta, which had put an end to California’s gross overreach where they require all residents to purchase ammunition at an FFL following a background check. After Judge Benitiez threw this law out on its ass, we expected the 9th Circuit would jump in and do the dirty work for the State of California and to no one’s surprise, where we are.
