I show you how to do an ethical roadkill Deer catch & cook, where I show the deer salvage, how to clean deer, processing deer meat, & how to cook deer. I was mule deer hunting this fall but did not get a buck, so this roadkill deer harvest was a welcome surprise and put meat in my freezer for the winter.
