Jake Paul Wants To Change The Second Amendment… I Did NOT See This Coming

Jake Paul says the Constitution needs an update because of the Second Amendment.

At first, I thought I knew where this was going.

Then he said citizens may need drones, drone EMPs, RPGs, and anti-helicopter weapons if the whole point of the Second Amendment is for the people to be able to resist a tyrannical government.

That was not on my bingo card.

But here is the funny part:

He accidentally made the cleanest Second Amendment argument there is.

If the anti-gun argument is, “You can’t fight a tyrannical government with your AR-15 because the government has drones, tanks, missiles, and advanced weapons,” then the response is simple:

Okay.

Then let the people have the advanced weapons too.

That is the logic Jake Paul followed all the way to the end.

But I do not think we need to rewrite the Second Amendment.

We need to read the one we already have.

“The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

Arms.

Not just pistols.

Not just shotguns.

Not just whatever politicians are comfortable letting you own.

This video breaks down Jake Paul’s unexpected Second Amendment take, why the “you can’t fight the government” argument collapses on itself, why the word “arms” matters, and why the fix is not a new Constitution.

It is taking the current one seriously.
