Oregon, have you had enough yet? Well your state legislature hasn’t. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses Oregon HB 2005 a bill, now signed into law, that will ban all undetectable firearm and ALL unfinished frames and receivers. This law is set to go into effect July 13, 2024 so Oregon, if you want to remain compliant with the law, you don’t have a lot of time left to do this.
