California Goes Crying to the 9th Circuit…Again

California keeps losing, but it does not matter as they have the 9th Circuit to bail them out everytime. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of Nguyen v Bonta, a once successful challenge to California’s ridiculous one gun a moth law.
